Rental Requirements
Travel charges of $2.00 per mile, round trip will be
applied to the price. A site inspection is required if site is within the 2 hour travel time. If a site inspection is not done prior to setup, our company will carefully consider all circumstances about the location on day of delivery and will place the trailer in the most convenient and easy to access area possible.
Access to water and electric (2 hookups) is also a must. If water pressure
is a concern for an additional charge, a booster pump and holding tank can be
rented.
A 50% down payment (non-refundable) and signed contract is required to hold your reservation. Balance is due on or before day of delivery. On the delivery date, someone must be present to accept and sign for the unit(s), unless other arrangements are made. If you are tax exempt please supply number and we will deduct tax from charges.
